 Filet Mignon Rolls – Hot & Cold Versions

     Ingredients (Serves 2)

                   8 oz filet mignon
                  Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
                  1 clove garlic, finely minced
                  1 tablespoon olive oil (for hot version)
                  2 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise (for cold version)
                  ½ cup canned or cooked corn (cold version)
                  ½ cup shredded lettuce (cold version)
                  2 corn potato buns

Cold Filet Mignon Roll™

  

Instructions:

  1. Grill the Filet:
        Season the filet mignon generously with salt. Grill to your preferred      doneness. Let rest for a few minutes, then cut into small cubes.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
        In a bowl, combine the filet cubes, mayonnaise, corn, a pinch of salt,      pepper, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Roll:
        Add a layer of shredded lettuce to the bottom half of each corn potato      bun. Spoon the filet mixture on top, and finish with another layer of      shredded lettuce. Close the bun and serve cat room temperature. Meat should be warm

Hot Filet Mignon Roll™

  

Instructions:

  1. Grill the Filet:
        Season the filet mignon with salt and grill to your desired temperature.      Rest and then cut into small cubes.
  2. Warm the Filling:
        Place the filet cubes in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and      minced garlic.
  3. Assemble the Roll:
        Spoon the warm filet mixture directly onto the corn potato buns. Serve      immediately – no lettuce needed.

Cold Filet Mignon Roll™

  

Instructions:

  1. Grill the Filet:
        Season the filet mignon generously with salt. Grill to your preferred      doneness. Let rest for a few minutes, then cut into small cubes.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
        In a bowl, combine the filet cubes, mayonnaise, corn, a pinch of salt,      pepper, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Roll:
